Returns & Exchanges

Since all items are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, let us know—we’re happy to help!Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation & Refunds
You have 12 hours to cancel your order before production begins. After that, cancellations aren’t possible since all items are made to order. We’ll notify you once we receive your cancellation request and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at ohmytiles@gmail.com.
